We use touch fasteners which are very similar to Velcro.  They have a strong holding power but peel apart easily.

The pulling strap is designed to significantly reduce drag or rolling friction. The strategically placed D-ring which create a slight upward pulling angle distribute the weight evenly across all the wheels.

We have a video called “TACH Pulling Strap! It’s That Easy” if you would like to take a look. In the video, a woman is easily pulling about 300lbs of TACH and pushing a stroller at the entrance of Chicago O’hare airport.

The strap is usually not necessary with only 3 pieces of luggage, but if you are walking a long distance it rolls easier and allows you to take longer strides to cover more ground quickly. If you are pulling 4 or more connected units you will really start to notice the difference between pulling the raised handle vs using the pulling strap.

It handles well over uneven surfaces and curbs. Carpet is always more difficult with any luggage, but the pulling strap really helps with this. The pulling strap significantly reduces the pressure on the front 2 wheels and allows them to roll over pretty much anything easier. It's a very useful option, that also lets you take longer steps without kicking your bag.

Yes. There are interlocking holes in the zipper that are specifically designed to hold a lock.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns except for
faulty products that are reported to us within 7 days of purchase.

Please retain the tracking information on the package
until we have confirmed receipt, in case there are any issues during delivery.

Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be applied to
your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days for your return
